According to the June 1922 Electrical Record magazine the Central Radio Laboratories was incorporated under the laws of Wisconsin at 303 Sixteenth Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the purpose of developing and manufacturing radio equipment. E. R. Stoekle Ph.D., formerly of Cutler-Hammer Manufacturing Co. is President of this new concern.
