Founded: 1949
Closed: 1963

History:

The company was started by Mr. J. Bull around 1949 and a two-page advert in Wireless World in 1950 showed the depth of their stock of mains, transformers, telephones, US surplus test equipment, liquidators radio stock, kit sets, and a variety of radio components.

They offered COD mail orders or over-the-counter sales from Electron House, Windmill Hill, Ruislip, Middlesex.  [1a, b][2]

By 1953 they had opened two branches, Finsbury Park & London. [3]

Also, in 1953 they released the Superior 15” Television chassis as a kitset.

In 1956 they opened their Eastbourne branch as the mail order centre.[4]

The company continued advertising its vast range of equipment, components, and kitsets until 1963 when all advertising in the radio periodicals abruptly ceased.
