Hello. Your page suggests that an E80L has a different base than an EL80 (or 6M5). Is this a misprint (i do not have an E80L to hand, to check for myself), or are all three of these valves essentially equivalent ? Thankyou for your time. Russell van Hooff. |

Hello, the EL80 a.k.a. 6M5 is a consumer type tube / valve, while the E80L a.k.a. 6227 is a special longlife type. As they have different data and different base diagrams, I have removed the wrongful cross reference. Best Regards, |
