Hello,     I was looking through the Ebay auction  site and found an Emerson model L559 from 1932 that closely resembles your radio. The item # is 280732556637. This radio uses 5 tubes according to the seller. Take a look.        Back in the early 30s American radio companies did not make their own cabinets. They bought from as many as 4 or 5 cabinet makers, so there be many different varieties of the same model. For example Atwater Kent used Pooley and Red Lion to make their radio cabinets. Emerson used Ingraham to make cabinets over many years. Good luck, Garrett
