Bindex Radio FM band

Good afternoon, 

We finished refinishing the cabinet of the old Bindex radio.  The Cabinet looks Awesome.  We also replaced all the capacitors.  Reconnected the wires.  The AM band works fine.  The FM band doesn't work.  We are looking for any help as to what may be wrong.  Please and Thank you,

Sorry, we don't know a Bindex radio. I assume that it is one of the 360 Bendix radios we show.
Please find it or create it and post it from that model page.

You have to know that there are thousands of different ways to build a schematic for an AM-FM radio. 
But also to know that there are methods to trace and find faults - and this is the most interesting part of restoring - to do that methodically.
