philips: Can somebody provide a high quality scan of the dial

I am currently restoring a Philips 104a, it will be restored to fully working order.

However, the dial I have, has lost all the information over time and I was wondering if somebody could provide a high qulaity colour scan of the dial.  The dial information doesn't have to be perfect, it is expected than some of the printing might be gone.  The scan does not have to be in 1 scan, 2 parts on a A4 scanner will be fine.
