And these devices were delivered what complete set to the Europe?
In Russia they were packing in a wooden box, in it the plywood box with spare property (tube, cards and cables to the device) laid. How many was cards and on what tubes? At me in the complete set about 350 cards and only on the Soviet lamps. Met data about 500 cards and adapter-box for foreign deliveries L3-3. If to consider, that they were issued almost 30 years the complete set could change.

L3-3 I own is equipped with plywood box with approximelly 330 cards and spare tubes.
All face panel descriptors are in russian language. I have cards only for russian tubes.
Currently I prefere to use Heathkit TC3 tester for quick tube verification.
