Dial scale lamp

Hello,

In one of radios I found a quite strange dial scale lamp.
The lamp is about 5 cm long total, bulb 4cm . Problem is there is no marking on it.  What is more filament is broken. I suppose is  Philips or Osram.

Have you ever seen this kind of lamp? What type is this?
