While I was working at the "D. V. Efremov Institute of Electrophysical Apparatus" in St. Petersburg/Russia (today "NIIEFA"), we were developing control units for various experimental facilities.

The integrated circuits that we were using had Russian type numbers printed on them, which confused me enormously. So I asked my Russian colleagues to produce an equivalence list. Here it is. Maybe it helps some RM - members in identifying the ICs in Russian equipment.

On Russian websites you can find (in paper or djvu electronic version) catalogue, where you can find practically full list of US-SU equivalents, see Воробьев Е. П., Сенин К. В. : Интегральные микросхемы производства СССР и их зарубежные аналоги: Справочник, 1990  - ICs from USSR production and their foreign equivalents. ISBN: 5256004972, 9785256004972

Hello Gabriel,

thanks a lot for this helpful infomation. It really is VERY comprehensive. My list only comprised a few ICs that we were frequently using in our control units.

By the way: I started my Google search by putting in the ISBN number and the english title that you stated, but there were no hits. But putting in the complete Russian title was successful.

Best wishes,

Harald
