Hello, I'm restoring a Philco 48-1274. I am having no luck finding the start and run caps the small electric motor needs for the auto tuning. I have searched on the internet but have found nothing that will work as a replacement. I was hoping someone here can help and point me in the right direction to order some replacements. I need two. Both rated the same. Thanx Much!! Troy.

You know I'm not getting much help on stuff from this forum. The other one (ARF). gives me quite a bit more help. Folks seem to like to pitch in a bit more over on that site. I dont know joining this one isnt what I thought it would be.

Dear Troy,

You will find these capacitors at justradios.com

Look at:  Non-Polar/Bi-Polar Electrolytic Capacitors - Axial Leads

Just take the 33uf type.

Regards

Rolf,
