saba: FD 16 Stereo; Freudenstadt

The power transformer in my SABA FD 16 is dead.  It is reading 37 meg ohms across the plug pins.

All tubes were removed.  Can someone let me know where I can purchase a replacement transformer.

Did you check directly at the transformer primary connections under the voltage selector and at transformer to eliminate possibility of fuses,  voltage selector, on/off switch or other wiring problem?

Yes, I had removed the voltage selector.  It's remarable that you mentioned a wiring problem because this radio and a on-off switch in the back (simple toggle switch) because someone did not want to repair the on off switch at the front of the radio.  Yes I need a replacement transformer.   If you have suggestions I would be most grateful.
