Unknow radio - maybe French ?

Dear radio friends,
I have next one  unknown radio: (only one )

What I known  ?...  radio not work...

1-  must be 5 tubes  and  one  barretter.
2 - there are 4  russian  tubes now, one  tube  6E8G- Tungsram  and  barretter  "Marcony" 304 (made in England)
3 - there are  note "BELTON" (internally on knobs)
4 - middle  knob on picture is not orginal.
5 - Laudspeaker is "Musicalpha"  made in France.
5 - notes on scale ( down) - S A F G 51B   ....   ETAL.CAIRE.  39.40.    H.Gilson  M.43 
6 - notes  on  condensers "ALTER".

Who  know  about  this  radio ?  Help me...

Then I  search in google - I see  some about  "Clairval radio"  in text  on  RMorg forum.
But in Germany language -  dont understand.

this radio was certainly made in France: GO = grandes ondes = long wave; PO = petites ondes = broadcast band (we call it Mittelwelle = medium wave); OC = ondes courtes = shortwave; and the station names are spelled  the french way.

I have looked up your suggestions for makers in "Le gran libre" but in vain. I think this question can only be answered much later by chance. I did not see anything special on this set and also strongly believe that it is French (or from Belgium).

this radio is doubtlessly of French origin, as many items indicates:

the 6E8G was only on the French market;

"ALTER" was a French condenser manufactory;

Loudspeaker "Musicalpha" is made in France, of course, as well;

on the scale : ETALoner CAIRE means "calibrated by the Cairo wave plan";

Mr. H. Gilson apparently was a famous French scale designer. I saw his name on several French scales.

Since this radio shows no manufactory label, it was most probably made by one of this many small French radio workshops as it was usual at this time, say 1938…1950.

The tube lineup was most probably 6E8 (frequency converter), 6K7 or 6M7 (IF amp), 6Q7 (detector + AF preamp), 25L6 (output) and 25Z6 (rectifier). Tubes may have suffixes as G, GT or MG. For repairing purposes, look at schematics with this tube lineup, as you will probably never find the original schematic diagram of this model.

Very thanks Jacob. You are rigt. That show and soviet tubes, which are in radio set now.
I looking-for orginal scheme, and orginal tubes.
