Colleague from Ukraine asked to help find out the make and model of radio. The device is built on a superheterodyne to tetrode, but the first type of tube is unknown, it has the pinout does not match any one of the most famous. Staff most likely made in France in the early 30-ies of the last century. On alternating condenser mark of "ARENA", as here: http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/arena_drehkondensator.html .
Thanks in advance.

Dear Sergey
It seems that no member knows this model. Since it may well be an Arena model I suggest that you enter it for that company but write also your reserves. In the remark for the model admins you state that you will bring the pictures and therefore it should also go through.

You have entered 88 new models - mostly for Latvia (Lettland). I congratulate you for your good work. Latvia shows all together 249 models and a good part of that has come from you. At the same time I can also name Zenonas Langaitis and Nikolaj Baranov who have also uploaded quite a lot for Latvia.

When I researched a bit for Eastern-Europe-Countries I saw that Sandor Selyem-Tóth from Hungaria has loaded up 8285 (8599) model pictures.  Just now I'm aware that he is the one with the highest count of model pictures of all of us. I like to congratulate also to him for this outstanding work for all of us.
