hornyphon: What tubes for the Hornyphon G212?

Hi,

Can anyone identify the tubes needed for this model? I purchased one on eBay and both tubes were shattered into fine pieces in shipping.

Dear Mike,

if you compare the W212 with the G212 you can see that Hornyphon obviously used Tetrodes at that time. 

The equivalent direct current tubes are Philips B2052T or equivalent tubes from other companies for the HF stage and the B2043 B5+1 or B2043 depending on the used socket for power output.

Pentodes like B2046 or B 2042 should also work as well as equivalents from other companies. (see here in radiomuseum.org).

Direct current tubes 20 V / 0,18 A are quite rare.
