Description Das Fahrradmuseum Retz befindet sich im Kellergeschoß des Schlossgasthauses Kornherr. Auf Initiative von Herrn Fritz Hurtl wurde der Verein "'s Fahrradl im Schloss" gegründet und das Fahrradmuseum am 23. September 1999 eröffnet. Gezeigt wird die Fahrradgeschichte ab 1820: an die 100 historische Fahrräder, Laufräder, ein Tretkurbelrad, ein Dampfdreiradmodell mit Originalzeichnung - dazu die Geschichte des Erfinders - sowie ein Hochrad und Niederräder bis zur heutigen Zeit. Es gibt auch eine bunte Sammlung interessanter Fahrradbilder, Werbetafeln, Fahrradteile und Beschreibungen.
