| Description | Die Dölitzer Wassermühle gilt als die letzte erhaltene Wassermühle Leipzigs und ist ein unter Denkmalschutz stehendes technisches Wahrzeichen im Stadtteil Dölitz. Sie verfügt noch über teilweise erhaltene Mühlentechnik. Sobald die baulichen und technischen Bedingungen es erlauben, wird im Erdgeschoss der Mühle, mit Blick auf die Wasserkraftanlage, ein kleines Mühlenmuseum entstehen. Die historische Wasserkraftanlage konnte bereits aktiviert werden. |
