Description Die Ausstellung setzt sich aus verschiedenen Themenbereichen zusammen, u.a. der Geschichte des Brotes, des Getreides und der Müllerei, Brot in der Religion, Brot in Kunst, Kultur und Brauchtum sowie Welternährung und Hunger.
Großexponate (landwirtschaftliche Geräte, Brotwagen/-kutschen etc.) sind darüber hinaus auf dem Außengelände zu bestaunen.
Weiterhin gehören eine funktionstüchtige Bockwindmühle und eine Wassermühle zum Museum.
