| Description | Das Fachwerkbaumuseum ist in einem Hochständerbau (um 1310) untergebracht. Informiert wird über die Geschichte der Fachwerkbaukunst vom 14.-19. Jahrhundert, über die Restaurierungs- bzw. Rekonstruktionsmaßnahmen sowie über die historische Entwicklung des Altstadtgebietes vom 10. Jahrhundert bis zum Niedergang der Fachwerkbaukunst nach 1800. In der neuen Dauerausstellung werden die einzelnen Stile des Quedlinburger Fachwerkbaus anhand von Modellen anschaulich dargestellt. |
