Description Juan Julià, 2008:
The Museum is a museum of CB radio equipment only specialized Citizen Band of 27 MHz = 11 meters wavelength.

The Museum of the CB was born six years ago with 300 models in this mode and currently has about 2000, of which about 600 are devices transceivers "walkie talkie".

The museum is an initiative of José María Yague and his brothers, Peter and John Alexander, owner of the equipment.

Despite economic difficulties, since they depend on their salaries, have managed to do some exhibitions, purchase new equipment, conserve, document and build up the collection.

The information in this apparatus can be seen, photographed and documented on the internet. Our friends have been made to form the virtual museum and equipment can be seen in a real way.

Recently, the city of San Roque, Cadiz, is ready to permanently host the full exposition of the Museum of the CB, thus becoming the first permanent museum of CB equipment.

This year 2008, the CB is 50 years since the United States was the first permit to operate at 27 MHz. Also 25 years ago in Spain was legalized the use of the Citizens Band.

The last team activity of the Museum of CB has been participating in the Congress of the ERUs San Fernando, last December, where he presented a selection of equipment.
