Description

Wikipedia:
Since 1999, on the initiative of Rémy Duroir, a collection of cameras from the daguerreotype to digital cameras and documents relating to Lucien Prévost (1875-1911), creator of the first cinematographic cameras, have been exhibited.

Museum of photography.
A small museum in terms of surface area, but a large museum in terms of collections. The display cabinets are full of cameras of all kinds and from all countries. A lot of cameras from the former Eastern bloc, Russia, Ukraine, GDR. A nice EXAKTA collection in particular. Probably more than 3000 pieces in total.

A reconstituted silver lab, with names we had forgotten: hydroquinone, pyrogallol, gelatino-bromide, hyposulfite, potassium ferricyanide, etc.

The reception is pleasant and competent. The manager is a photo enthusiast.
