Owendo is a port city in Gabon, forming a south western suburb of Libreville. It lies at the western end of the Trans-Gabon Railway.

Sie hatte eine Leistung von 60 PS und wurde 1920 gebaut.
Die Spurweite betrug 600 mm.
Sie steht als Denkmallok am Güterbahnhofsgelände neben dem Bahnhof von Owendo.
Die Aufschrift "SETRAG" ist die Abkürzung für Société d’Exploitation du Transgabonais.
