Il museo, unico nel suo genere, ospita una vastissima collezione di antiche macchine da scrivere ad oggi esposte oltre 300, restaurate e conservate perfettamente, curate nei minimi dettagli e funzionanti.

La collezione, raccolta con passione da Domenico Scarzello, contempla macchine da scrivere di tutte le epoche e provenienti da ogni parte del mondo: Stati Uniti, Canada, Europa, paesi ex sovietici e Giappone fino al nord Africa e appartengono a diversi periodi storici, partendo dal 1873 fino ad arrivare al primo computer.
