Description The Technical Museum in Warsaw is sticking to the tradition of the Warsaw museum for art, especially in the in 1875 founded Industrial and Agricultural Museum, where this museum in 1929 caused Museum for Technology and Industry, located in Krakowskie Przedmieście - Str . 66 and was in the Tamka Str 1st The information collected in this museum exhibits were destroyed during the Second World War almost completely.

The objects that are in our museum, reflect the evolution of technology from its historical beginnings to the present again.

History of telecommunications technology from the telegraph to the invention of the telephone. Telegraph by Morse and Hughes. German Enigma cipher machine, whose code was broken by Polish mathematicians.

Radio Engineering: The history of the radio Elektrit GmbH, which in the years 1925-1939 was active in Vilnius.

Przeszło sto eksponatów w możliwie pełny sposób obrazuje trendy w projektowaniu polskich radioodbiorników.

Na wystawie znalazły się produkty takich firm jak Telefunken, Elektrit, zjednoczenie Unitra. Najstarsze radioodbiorniki pochodzą z lat 20. XX wieku.

Prezentujemy rozwój techniczny sprzętu radiofonicznego: od odbiornika kryształkowego, przez lampowe i tranzystorowe aż do urządzeń opartych o układy scalone.

Pokazujemy również reprodukcje plakatów i fotografii. W połączeniu z eksponatami pozwalają one przenieść się w minione epoki. I tylko czasem napawa nas smutkiem fakt, że choć prezentujemy nie tak odległą świetność krajowych firm w postaci udanych konstrukcji, to większość z tych zakładów już nie istnieje.
