Moskosel ist ein Ort in der schwedischen Provinz Norrbottens län und der historischen Provinz Lappland. Der Ort gehört zur Gemeinde Arvidsjaur und wird von der Europastraße 45 durchkreuzt. Er liegt etwa 45 Kilometer nördlich vom gleichnamigen Hauptort der Gemeinde Arvidsjaur entfernt. Moskosel besitzt einen Bahnhof an der Inlandsbahn.

I byn Kåbdalis, norr om Moskosel, sammanfogades 1936 de sista delarna av Inlandsbanan. Här kan man ta del av rallarnas arbete med Inlandsbanan i det lilla museet som är inrymt i stationsbyggnaden. Det finns även en minijärnväg för barnen, samt en servering.

Rallarmuseet, i Moskosel, ger besökaren en inblick över hur livet som rallare kunde te sig. De byggde Inlandsbanan, som är 130 mil lång och tog 30 år att färdigställa. Mycket svett och lidande har offrats för bygget:
-Betänk att de på den tiden jobbade hacka och spade. Rallarna gjorde en fantastisk prestation! säger Sture Boman, eldsjäl och lokalhistoriker.
