  • Modell: 100 series - to collect pictures of unknown detail - Capehart Corp.; Fort Wayne, IN
  • Bemerkung
  • The newer Capehart model 100 series were introduced for season 1938/39 as suffix "G" and continued as G, K, M, N and P until 1948/49 and had numbers 110 to 118.

But there is also an early Series 100 without the turning changer 16-E or 41-E and on page 12 Robert Baumbach believes it could have been the Amperion. They were made about 1932 as models 101 to 106.
See here the "Common information for the Capehart model pages for the 1930s and 1940s".
Short overviews with links like this overview - for 100 Series, 200 Series, 300 Series, 400 Series, 500 Series and plain cabinets 1600 and 160 (and accessories) - see in these links.
There are different chassis possible for the later series 100 and different styles as 110G and 110H only, 111 (x2 and x3) as Early Georgian, 112 George II with models 112N2 up to 112P, and 113 Chippendale starting the 1940/41 (K, N, M and P), 114N4 Early Georgian and 115N Modern for 1946-48 and 114P 1948/49. 115P2 Modern and 116N4 Sheraton, 116P4 Sheraton and 118P4 Chippendale in the last season, 1948/49.
This page for Capehart Series 100 was created to be able to collect 1XX models for which we are not sure of the exact model the pictures belong to. Later we can list here all 100 series models which show pictures - and we might leave pictures here for which we found the model and copied it (them) to the correct model page, then showing a link here (at the end).
