The Crown “Air-Cell Pentagrid Seven” was designed to work from the newly released, Eveready Air-Cell batteries introduced in 1937. It was sold as a kit set for £11/10/- not including valves, batteries and speaker.
Audio output used two 30’s in class B push-pull.
