  • The catalog names this Lafayette model A-83 "Country Gentleman" because it uses batteries and is independant from electric lines. It covers BC 190 - 550 meters. Pre-selector stage (3-gang condenser) and two 34 as IF amplifiers and pentode power output, AVC. The speaker is not given and we did not find a Rider's schematic. The airplane dial is a reduction type.
