  • Model 50 was Philco's lowest price radio in late 1931, probably the last TRF model offered by Philco. An early version used the classic cathedral cabinet similar to model 70, while the more common version used a much simpler cathedral cabinet with a flat front. A lowboy version was also available. Model 50 is for 115 VAC 50-60 Hz power, and model 50A is for 25-60 Hz.
