  • Notes
  • The Revere Camera Model T-1100 "Magnette" is a dual track two speed tape recorder. They called it in an ad of 1956 "with "Balanced-Tone" (patented). Single knob control. Tape speeds of 3.75 and 7.5 i.p.s. for recording up to three hours with new long-play tape. Durable fibre-glass case, perforated for full 360 degree sound distribution. Two acoustically matched excursion speakers. Two-level recording indicator, automatic index counter.

The Revere models T-1100, T-1120 and TR-1200 Tape Recorders share the same SAMS documentation and feature a single three position function knob which performs the electrical and mechanical functions for "Record", "Stop", and "Play" operations. The model TR-1200 is the same as model T-1100 except for the addition of the B199-6 radio tuner sub-assembly. Model T-1120 is the same as model T-1100 except for a built-in-stereophonic head and preamplifier (B199-11) for the lower channel.
