fisher: Fisher 700-T; silicon bridge rectifier

This receiver was manufactured between 1967-1969, and employs the use of four, 3A120 silicon diodes, for a bridge rectifier. My question is, are these diodes still viable for further service, or should they be replaced with four 1N5408 rectifiers?
