transistor GT21 and GT25
? transistor GT21 and GT25
The other day I found a little box, where I stored a number of these items over 30 years ago.
The GT21 is pnp with HFE 150-250, model TO5 with leads 04.
It might be comparable with ASY80.
The GT25 is npn with HFE 80-120, also model TO5 with leads 04.
It might be comapable with ASY28.
These transistors are not documented at RM, nore in the data-books in my library.
Photographs are attached.
Is it something for the RM-transistor-database?

the two types GT21_Trans (because there is a tube with the same name) and GT25 are now existing in RMorg. The images may now be uploaded.
