members, I recently purchased this at auction.  The only identification I can find on the radio is BellBird on the tuning dial.  I have not found any information in radiomuseum, or even Google.  Does anyone recongnize this model?  It appears to be commercially built.  thank you.

Hi Barry
With only this data it is nearly impossible to find out, sorry. Please bring in biggerpicturesd, for instance from the scale and chassis.

Please tell us about the bands, the tubes, the voltages it can handle and the size. Maybe you find info on the chassis or loudspeaker or a sticker inside?

With all that you might ask John Kusching and David Erali. As a member you find them in the member list and as model admins.

But it might be an Australian radio from Jackson & MacDonald like this Bellbird.

Good luck!
