Clough-Brengle Capacity-Resistance Bridge (AC Bridge) 230A supercedes the model 230.
Single instrument and indicator tube. Ranges:
2 MMF to 200 MF in three ranges, 2 ohms - 20 Mohm in 2 ranges, turn ratio and electrolytic leakage. 30 W power consumption.
Standard Version for 115 V/50-60 Hz, special versions for 230 V/50-60 Hz and 115 V/25-40 Hz.

If you are missing the lid or the sheet inside of the lid: the Clough-Brengle AC Bridge 230-A needs the instruction manual if used on other than the specified mains power frequency to caculate the meter reading accordingly.
If somebody provides me a straight scan of the sheet I will replace the ugly schematic which was arranged from a very perspective photograph.
