It's absolutely sure that's word here about model "Lotos" made by "Ei-elektroindustrija".
I have some schematic diagrams for model "Lotos", but use different tubes.
Seems that this model use some kind of his standard "korina" chassis.
If you want, put chassis outside, and make few good photos from different sides.
I will try to find out which type of chassis use this model.
Here is one picture of "Lotos" but with another tube lineup.

in meinem Kleinsuper Lotos sind zwei Aufkleber angebracht.
Einer an der Gehäuseinnenwand und einer auf dem Netztrafo.
Die Aufschrift: Ei ELEKTRONSKA INDUSTRIJA FABRIKA "NIKOLA TESLA" BEOGRAD
Dies dürfte doch die gesuchte Firma sein, die das Gerät gebaut hat?
