  • Model 97B is shouldered tombstone with a lyre-shaped speaker opening with three vertical bars through the center. Model 97X is a floor-type console with inclined sounding board and three fluted square bars in front of the speaker. Both models use a 3-band (BC - 18 MHz) 7-tube chassis with shadow meter (tuning aid).
