Built-in telescopic and ferrite bar antenna, terminals for an external antenna and ground.

ICF-EX5; Ein NSB1 NSB2 Empfänger - was verbirgt sich hinter dem Kürzel?
Für dem Empfang des japanischen NSB Kurzwellensendernetzes wurden (werden?) für den lokalen Markt Geräte mit fest eingestellten (Quarz oder Keramikfilter) Frequenzen für die 6 Sender gebaut.
Stellvertretend dafür sei der Sony ICF-EX5 oder der NEC NT1OP21H (NT10P21H) genannt, wobei letztgenannter ausschließlich für das NSB verwendbar ist.
NSB steht für Nihon Shortwave Broadcasting und ist auf die Versorgung Japans selbst aufgebaut.
Das 1. Programm - NSB-1 hat die Frequenzen: 3.925 kHz als 3 MHz oder 4 MHz bezeichnet; 6.055 kHz als 6 MHz bezeichnet & 9.595 kHz als 9 MHz bezeichnet zugeteilt hingegen hat
das 2. Programm - NSB-2 die Frequenzen: 3.945 kHz als 3 MHz oder 4 MHz bezeichnet; 7.230 kHz als 6 MHz (?) bezeichnet & 9.760 kHz als 9 MHz bezeichnet zugeteilt.
