NS16032D

Developed in the early eighties by National Semiconductor as 32-bit single-chip CPU. Its advanced architecture was inspired to that of VAX-11.

• 32 bit internal architecture
• 24 bit external address bus
• 16 bit external data bus
• 48 pin ceramic DIP package
• High-speed X-MOS technology, 6 or 8 MHz clock frequency
• 5 VDC supply

16032 was replaced in 1984 by the 32032, similar architecture but 32-bit data bus.
