Telefunken - Version of the E463
Most likely never produced by Telefunken, however bought elsewhere and sold under own name and brand.
Simultaneously with the directly heated E443H Philips offered the equally sized indirectly heated E463 with the advantage of less hum and easier obtaining of grid bias. Its spreading was far below the E443H, it was not present on the German market.
