crosley: 1930 crosley 26 reciever shadowbox

am looking for a speaker  and part of the tuning assembly . a little gear at the bottum of the tuning dial that connects to the dial knod , has cerrated teeth , some are missing and some are damaged if any one knows where i can find this little 1 inch peace could you let me know.   thank you
