philips: 22CG002_Original Tacho adj Service Remark

I just uploaded the original Philips Service anounsment ,march 1971,for the remark how to

correctly adjust the Tacho.

Its in Dutch.

However its for the completness of the documentation and the remark in the discription of

this chassis is indeed the correct procedure.

" Corrected adjustment of the rotation speed: set R19, R22 and R27 in the center position and adjust R20, R23 and R28 for the proper speed. "
