Thw tube type for 6C5G is 'Triode, vacuum Universal', but there is a tetrode on photo. Also my 6C5G (by Mazda) is a tetrode.

I don't know if a Mazda 6C5G etc is the same thing, there are many Mazda numbers the same as other numbers but different parts. They even had their own incompatible Octal.
