Dear Radiophiles,

From a friend, who is also a member, I got one Astror radio, similar to model FP which picture I send atatched but which originaly has been built for battery operation.Unfortunately it came without tubes and without the original wiring or any identification plate,,thus making impossible for us to identify the model number. Both of us would like,if possible,to have the schematic of this battery version of this FP model,so that it could be reconstructed. Is there anyone who could give us a hand both to identify this model, the caractheristics and possibly the schematic? Thanks in advance, A.B.Regada

 Hi Antonio

Can you post a picture? It could be a model LJ using the following tubes:

1T4, 1R5, 1T4, 1S5, 3V4

Astor stamped the model numbers into the back of the chassis.

Peter

"Some reason(s)" for dead (0kB) file links are caused by using forbidden characters in file names.

In this case are "space" characters between "radio", "Astor" and "004":

target="_blank">radio ASTOR 004.jpg<

Allowed characters are

a - z, A - Z, 0 - 9, dash and underscore, and nothing else.

Please realize that RMorg is not running a Windoze file system (which is unfortunately tolerant for silly charcters).

The original question keeps open, but some posts (#4 to #8) are obsolete after uploading the picture with correct file name in post #3

Best Regards,

GR

This is my attempt to publish this picture yet.
As moderator, I can open the image in the article by Mr. Hugh's in edit mode.
But I can not re-insert in the article by Mr. Hugh.

It is possible that it is this model ==> Astor GP413

Regards WB.

Will this model be applied?
This is how this post makes no sense.

A similar device in the AC version is the Astor Model FP.

Regards WB.
