How could a "brown" model 4550 bear an ident tag of a "black" 4560?

I think the production line went short of 4550 labels and applied alternatively 4560 labels. But then somebody forgot to make the necessary correction.

I found another one, where the number was corrected, again for a 4550 model:

4550 labels went out of supply.
