clarville: Transistor 8; Solistor

Bonjour,

J'aimerais savoir si le schéma chargé est le bon: il ne fait apparaitre que 6 transistors et semble être le même schéma que celui du SOLISTOR 59:

Mais peut-être est-ce le même? Si ce n'est pas le cas, je souhaiterais connaitre les types et marques des transistors montés sur celui-ci (car c'est le premier poste à transistor produit en grande série en France et comportant un circuit imprimé d'après "Le Haut-parleur".

you're right, the schematic is wrong here. I compared it to my Solistor/Transistor 8 and found many differences.

Luckily I was able to obtain a schematic from alltransistors.monforum.fr, which I will upload.

Edit: after a third inspection, the proposed schematic is, again, not the right one. There seems to be confusion about counting the diodes as transistors in the literature. While my proposed new schematic comes closer in regard to the values I checked, there are -let alone the difference in the amount of transistors- still differences. I should really learn to triple-check. So the request for a proper schematic is still open!

Thanks for your involment. I try also on my side to get more info. It's important because this radio is (at least for higher volumes) considered to be the first french transistor equiped radio.

I'm loading another schematic from http://andre.gendre.free.fr/alltransistors/Solistor to the model now. I checked most of the compents and traced the circuitry on this one, and found it to be accurate.

Regarding the transistors of this set, they are all laquered and without further marking except a single letter. Marks are A, A, B, C, D, E , F and G, corresponding to components 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 1 and 2 respectively.

The schematic filename carries the model number PP416 (PP 416) in it, but this cannot be verified on the set iftself. nor on the circuit diagram. The only visible numbering on the set is that of the printed circuit board. It reads "RADIO FRANCE 100036".

Further it's unclear if this model number refers to all variants of the Solistor, or if e.g. the red Solistor had a different model number. It's clear for the Solauto where we have the scan of a technical paper.

Je viens de trouver la revue "ELECTRONIQUE" du 15 Juin 1958. Elle reproduit le schéma donné en n°1 avec les transistors 2N140 2x 2N139 3x 2N109 et diodes 2x 1N34:

CE SCHEMA EST CELUI DU SOLISTOR 59

J'entreprends les démarches pour faire rectifier sur Rmorg, le mystère est clos,
