A 2736 triode has become a part of my collection.

According to the British CV-register a CV2736 is a selected CV789 to make matched pairs.

Attached a picture of this tube with side-connector for grid.

If the CV2736 is added to the database, I could upload the photo there.

Best regards, Jan Terranea.

Dear Jan,

The CV2736 spec has been added. Now you can load your photos, even if strictly speaking a single CV2736 should be renamed as CV789. No worry, it is only a joke on the contradictions of some CV specs. For other matched pairs, as the CV977, the spec states that the the tubes come with their normal markings and the combined spec code is just printed on the packing.

Many thanks,

Emilio

Dear Emilio,

Several different CV-numbers exist about a lot of similair valves.

Mostly to be improved versions of earlier CV-numbers.

I uploaded my photo to the CV2736.

Thanks, Jan Terranea.
