Hallo, thnk You for uploading the schematic.
It is technically possible to write a Forum post and upload the file for the manual as an attachment to this post, a file of this size should be ok.
On the other hand: Until now, at RMorg we usually provide only schematic and the most important parts out of technical manuals for download. So You can upload a technical specifications file or alignment instructions.
I have already scanned several manuals, I personally have them on the server of my personal website and give in a forum post the adress where the manual can be found. In addition, I did upload my manuals to BAMA (boatanchors manual archive, http://bama.sbc.edu/), Kenneth is very kind to include very many manuals in his documentary archive - and the FS-4 manual is there still lacking, so why not wending the file to him.

Hallo Martin,
The manual is small (less of 900Kb.)
I am going to uploading to BAMA for all the community of old timers.
