duck: No. A1002; Receiving Outfit and the Adams-Morgan connection.

While I was researching this Duck Crystal Set it became apparent that there was more than a similarity between this set and the 1915 Adams-Morgan Amco Type RC crystal set pictured in a 1915 Adams-Morgan company catalog. 

 

I combined the two catalog images for easier comparison. 

In comparing the two different advertisements for these crystal sets I am sure they are one and the same. Adams-Morgan did have a manufacturing plant. Also, the AMCO catalogs state that if an item is listed in their catalog under the name “Amco”, they manufacture it. I think it can be stated that Adams-Morgan was the actual manufacturer of the "Receiving Outfit" and the Duck company was the reseller.
