In the NOTES the set is stated as a general coverage communications receiver. As a such, the frequency range should be at least from 410 kHz (not 480 kHz). Otherwise the MF-working frequencies; 410, 425, 438, 454 qnd 468 couldn't be deployed in traffic between coaststations and ships in those times, very far away. If this set is an amateur equipment then never mind.
