My Fada 1000 has also 6 tubes, but they are: 12BE6;12BA6(2);12AT6;35L6GT and 35W4. Socket adaptors were used by manufactory.

Thats interesting: I had a closer look to both of my FADA 1000s and found that the pea green one has the classic tube complement, while the burgundy/butterscotch one got the same as Yours. I shall make a note to the model. Thank You for the hint!

Glad to know you have also one butterscotch Fada bullet. You can see mine in my page  (in RM).

Its color had change a little but its normal. It can be polished to return to the original color.

My fada has also SW. It has one switch on the rear. Have yours?

No, non of my FADA 1000s has SW. Riders Perpetual shows only BC (MW), definitely not SW, and only the Octal base tubes.

There is no difference in the model name printed at the backplates although they depict different tubes.

Is there a SW dial on Yours? I cannot see any on Your photo. I guess it is a later modification what You have got.
