Did you change the ECC83 and normal Condensers too?
Recommendable:Change all Condensers in the Amplifier and Preamp.
Note:The Tension at the Gate 1 from ECLL800 ! to Cathode ! must be negativ.
Please measure Tensions at Cathode and Gate 1 of ECLL800.
Is it constant:Please check Components at Preamplifier ECC83.
The Tension/s drift:Problem between Anode ECC83 and Gate 1 from ECLL800.
Seldom:The Amplifier oscillate on extremly high Frequence.Test without
Inputsignal with Oscilograph (or AC Voltmeter):Then check at first the
Components in Negative Feedback Circuit.
